BROUTERS
Brouters means bridge + routers that is it is a network device which is the combination of both bridge and routers. It provides facility of both bridge and routers. It serves as a bridge when sending data between networks and serving as a router when routing data to a particular system. It works as a filter and allows data for known (local) network and forward unknown data to the unknown (another) network so it works as a bridge in a network and works as a router in an internetwork.
